Membership Information
Making a commitment to serve as a volunteer firefighter or EMT is a serious decision and involves a profound commitment. You will find that participation as a volunteer member of our service will bring great personal rewards and satisfaction.
Basic Requirements
Fire
•At least 18 years of age
•Completion of Firefighter I within 12 months of membership (training
paid for by the Grafton
Fire Department)
• Attendance at weekly rehearsals and meetings held on Thursday
evenings

Job Description
Rescue
•At least 18 years of age
• Valid Wisconsin drivers license
• Completion of EMT-Basic within 12 months of membership (training paid for by the Grafton Fire Department)
• Participation in our duty crew program including one night per
week (10pm to 6am) and one weekend per month (Friday night and Saturday
night)
• Attendance at weekly rehearsals and meetings held on Thursday
evenings
